Sensitive communications - should you use your iPhone?

The Government has announced that Apple iPhone are not to be used for sensitive official communications until further notice.  The CESG, the UK Government’s National Technical Authority for Information Assurance, has declared the embargo advising that the Blackberry should be used instead.

New security for internet users

Next month a new security layer will be added to web’s address system to help protect users from cyber attacks such as phishing and spam.  The Domain Name System Security Extensions (DNSSEC) will prevent hackers from intercepting DNS data and redirecting users to fake websites.
